Email and Home Address Submission Form - please only enter the of information of people you have contacted and received permission to request a donation to you and the Braden River Band Program. Students receive 100% of all donations to pay for their Daytona Trip - cost includes hotel, charter bus, and Disney World ticket - Estimated total per students is $200. Students who do not raise $200 will be charged the difference. If a student raised $140, they will be charge $60.
Students are required to submit 10 individuals for their March-A-Thon pledges. If you would like to submit MORE than 10 emails or home mailing addresses please fill out an additional form.
